Overview #
Contacts store the people and contact details associated with the account, such as billing, service, technical, or administrative contacts. This screen is used to add contacts, remove contacts, update contact details, maintain address information, and manage the contact-point values attached to each contact.
The screen separates the contact record into a main contact section, an Address tab, and an Info tab. The available tax-related fields change based on the contact type, whether the account already has a service contact, and whether tax-jurisdiction functionality is active.
Contacts Panel #
The Contacts panel on the left lists the contacts that exist on the account. Select a contact in this panel to review or update that contact on the right.
Actions #

Edit Contact Panel #
The panel on the right displays the details for the selected contact.
Fields #
- First Name: The contact’s first name.
- Last Name: The contact’s last name.
- Title: The contact’s title or honorific.
- Contact Type: The contact type assigned to the contact.
- Use Address For Taxing: Available for billing contacts on the main Contact screen. This setting indicates that the billing-contact address should be used for tax determination when no service contact is available.
Address Tab #
The Address tab stores the physical address and tax-jurisdiction details for the contact.
Fields #
- Country: The country associated with the contact address.
- Address 1: The primary street-address line.
- Address 2: The secondary address line when that format is available for the selected country.
- City: The city for the contact address.
- State / Province: The state or province for the contact address when the selected country uses that field.
- Zip Code: The postal or zip code for the contact address.

- Tax Jurisdiction Code Last Checked: Shows when the tax-jurisdiction code was last evaluated or refreshed.
- Incorporated: A tax-related indicator shown in eligible tax-jurisdiction scenarios.
The address fields respond to the selected country and address format. Some fields become required or visible only when that country format requires them.
Info Tab #
The Info tab lists the contact-point values attached to the contact, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact-specific communication values.
Use the selection control on this tab to choose which type of contact information to add, and then use New to create a new contact-point record. Existing contact-point records can be edited or deleted unless the selected contact-point type is required.
