Account Credit Notes are viewed in Account / Billing / Credit Notes

Overview #

This screen is used to review, generate, view, deliver, and delete credit notes on the account. A credit note groups one or more eligible credits into a rendered document that can be reviewed internally or delivered to a contact.

The screen is primarily a document-management area. Once a credit note has been created, the main screen shows the delivery details and the credits attached to that note. Delivery and deletion options depend on the state of the selected credit note.

Credit Notes Panel #

The Credit Notes panel on the left lists the credit notes that exist on the account. Select a credit note in this panel to review its details on the right.
