Overview #
The Usage Rerates screen is used to review rerate schedules and their processing progress. A rerate occurs when previously processed usage needs to be rated again, usually because some part of the rating context changed after the original processing took place.
This can happen when rating configuration, related product or account context, or other usage-processing inputs are updated and the affected usage needs to be recalculated. Monitoring rerates helps administrators confirm what has been queued, what has completed, and whether additional follow-up is needed after the rerate activity runs.
The screen is intended for operational visibility into rerate activity rather than configuration of rating logic itself.
Usage Rerates Panel #
The left panel lists rerate schedules. The list is ordered with the newest schedules first. Selecting a rerate schedule loads its details into the right panel.
