Data Import History is found at Operations / Histories / Import History

Overview #

The Import History screen is used to review completed or attempted import activity. The screen provides operational visibility into counts, status, messages, and row-level exceptions.

Import History Panel #

The Import History Panel on the left allows you to select existing records so that you can view and edit their details on the panel to the right.

The left panel lists historical import runs. The panel supports both File and API views so users can switch between file-based import activity and API-driven import activity.

Exceptions Tab #

The Exceptions tab shows the row-level or item-level exceptions that were generated during the selected import run.

This tab supports filtering, pagination, and opening an exception detail so users can review the specific issue that occurred during processing.

If no exception rows exist for the selected import history item, the tab displays an empty-state message.

File Versus API History #

The File view is used for file-based imports. The API view is used for API-driven import activity. Switching views refreshes the list and applies the appropriate filters for that history type.
